AgraQuest Inc. Hires Sales Representative for Retail Products

DAVIS, Calif. (Feb. 29, 2008) – AgraQuest, Inc., a leading provider of effective and safe pest management and plant health products announced that Emily Walter has been promoted to Retail Sales Representative for its home and garden product line, SERENADE® Garden. Walter will begin her new duties effective immediately.

Walter, who has worked for AgraQuest in a sales operations role for the past two years, will be responsible for the sales and growth of the SERENADE Garden product portfolio.

"Emily's strong understanding of the supply chain and operations will be a valuable asset in managing the sales and distribution of our home and garden products across the U.S.," said Mike Miille, CEO/COO for AgraQuest. "For the past two years, she has been working closely with consumers and distributors answering questions about our retail product line and we expect that she will continue to be an excellent advocate for SERENADE Garden."

OMRI listed and NOP approved for organic growing, the SERENADE Garden brand was first introduced to the market in 2004 and currently consists of a plant and garden fungicide in both ready-to-use and concentrate formulations, and a lawn fungicide in a ready-to-spray, hose-end bottle package. Walter looks to increase sales by focusing on independent garden retailers and smaller, regional chains where the organic message is more openly accepted by employees and consumers alike.

"As a home gardener myself, I know how difficult it is to find a product that is effective in controlling disease and safe around children and pets; SERENADE Garden is both," said Walter. "I'm looking forward to working with distributors and retailers to help home gardeners improve their disease control practices."

Walter will be based out of AgraQuest's company headquarters in Davis, California.
