AgraQuest Inc. Hires Sales Manager for Great Lakes, Midwest and Eastern Canada
DAVIS, Calif. (Feb. 29, 2008) AgraQuest, Inc., a leading innovator in is pleased to announce that Kent Taylor, C.C.A., has joined its agriculture sales team as the Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Eastern Canada.
"The Midwest and Eastern Canadian region figures prominently in AgraQuest's growth strategy," Chris Coombs, V.P. North America for AgraQuest. "Kent brings the background, understanding of grower needs in the area, and drive that AgraQuest will need to be successful in this market."
Joining AgraQuest with more than 20 years of experience in the agri-chemical business, Taylor most recently worked for the Hamilton Farm Bureau in Hamilton, MI, as a crop consultant and sales representative, where he marketed fertilizer, chemicals and seed to specialty growers. His background also includes positions at Cerexagri, Inc. and Helena Chemical Co. as a sales manager. Taylor recently received his license as a Certified Crop Advisor.
"I'm excited to be working for AgraQuest. I like its products and appreciate the technology used; working to reduce the chemical load on soil is a key topic among many growers I've been working with," said Taylor.
In his spare time, Taylor enjoys keeping horses, snowshoeing, sailing and hunting. He resides in Fennville, Michigan.
